MOLLE stands for Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment system and
defines the present generation of load-bearing equipment and rucksacks
utilized by the United States Army. The system’s modularity is derived
from the use of PALS webbing (Pouch Attachment Ladder System), rows of
heavy-duty polyester stripes which allow for attachment of various
MOLLE-compatible pouches and accessories to tactical vests and rucksacks.

Presented admin pouch is one of essential elements of MOLLE system: it
is fully removable while its polyester straps on the back can be used to
attach to MOLLE vests and rucksacks and it comes with 2 Hook-and-loop-closed
inner compartments for the storage of small, essential items
(mini-maglite torch, leatherman tool, pen or pencil, button compass,
items from a small survival kit, identification papers etc). Moreover
the pouch is Hook-and-loop-fronted to allow patches for name, blood type, unit
or nationality to be mounted easily. Usually worn on the front chest as
this increases the ease of identification of personnel.
